This book is a must!! It is a beautiful bridge between science and spirituality. I love reading anything that offers a new view into the nature of reality, on that front this book does not disappoint.
During my yin yoga practice tonight I felt moved to share this perspective. The physical benefits of yoga are a by product of the asanas. So you may have noticed that I love reading and truly I only read stuff that has the potential to teach me something and expand my perspective on life. Alas, here is another GEM!!!
